For an already furnished property that needs the systems, listings and guest journey brought together professionally. PGC handles the practical onboarding while providing pre-launch checklists, staging observations and clear advice before the property goes live.

From £1,495 + 5% of sourcing budget

A fully hands-off, zero-to-guest-ready service for owners and investors starting with an empty, unfinished or unprepared property. You agree the budget and ambitions; PGC plans, sources, installs, styles and photographs the finished home.
