These are terms for use of the website only. Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship, booking, agency appointment or obligation on either side. Property management, setup, styling, Concierge and related services will be governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement agreed before work begins. If there is a conflict, that agreement takes priority for the relevant service.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful, personal or internal business purposes when considering PGC’s services. You must not:
- use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, overload the website or interfere with its operation;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract website content or personal information;
- misrepresent your identity or submit information you are not entitled to provide;

7. Our responsibility to you
